Qué pasa después de tocar

  1. All documents are due to the CMA within 90 calendar days of the request.
  2. If documents do not arrive within 90 days, the CMA closes the request and sends written notice.
  3. The CMA has 30 days to decide once it has all documents.
  4. If the answer is yes, the case manager does a Level of Care Screen, if one has not been done.
  5. If the answer is no, the CMA issues a Long-Term Care Notice of Action (LTC NOA). The family can ask the CMA for an informal review or request a State Fair Hearing.
  6. An informal review does not pause the appeal deadline.
