Three buildings of art, free for kids every day, and a free backpack of sensory tools at the front desk. There is no named quiet room, but there are places to sit by the elevators on every floor. Pick one gallery and keep it short.
“Sensory-Friendly Mornings take place quarterly on the second Sunday of the month” “(January, April, July, and October annually).”
At a Sensory-Friendly Morning “the museum opens early, dims the lights, and provides tools to aid and guide a sensory-friendly experience for all ages.”
“In the Martin and Hamilton Buildings, there are restrooms and places to sit near the elevators on every floor.”
The next Sensory-Friendly Morning is Sun Jan 10 2027, 9 am to noon, and registration is open now. The museum holds them on the second Sunday of January, April, July and October.

Free S.P.A.R.K. Packs at either Visitor Services desk: visor, weighted lap pad, youth-sized noise-reducing headphones, wiggle seat, hand fan and fidgets. Headphones come in youth and adult sizes.
General admission is free for everyone 18 and under, every day. Adults $22 or $25 (Colorado residents), $27 or $30 otherwise; Friday to Sunday and holidays are peak pricing. An aide or caregiver gets a discounted rate (call 720-913-0130).
