Opens for 2026-27 on Nov 26, 2026, snow permitting. Sessions run 9 am to 6 pm on most days (last session at 5) or 9 am to 5 pm (last session at 4). Day Lodge daily 9 am to 5 pm.

“We never want to assume that anyone needs assistance or accommodations, so please don't hesitate to ask any staff member for help.” “We can even have a staff member join you throughout the entire tubing experience if you would like.”
The carpet lift “can be challenging for anyone with mobility or balance limitations,” and there's “a way to allow these individuals to ride up the carpet lift while seated in their tube.” Ask the bottom attendant.

Everyone watches “a 3 minute safety video” before tubing. “If you or anyone in your group needs audial or visual accommodations, please let us know upon check-in.”
Arrive 30 minutes early so check-in, the waiver and the video aren't rushed.
An adult has to go through check-in and the safety briefing with kids, even if the adult isn't tubing. Kids under 8 tube with a ticketed adult.
Reservations are required, for one-hour slots. $44 per hour; $55 per hour on holidays (Nov 26 to 29, Dec 17 to Jan 4, Jan 15 to 18, Feb 12 to 15, Mar 8 to 22).
Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and able to ride a tube on their own. One rider per tube, no laps.
Cancel by 5 pm the day before by email or phone, or pay $10 per person per hour. Each person signs a waiver once a season, and kids go on a parent's waiver.
What to wear: a waterproof, windproof outer layer, warm boots, a hat, a face covering, gloves, and sunglasses or goggles. Ski boots are discouraged.
Leave bags and backpacks in the car; they make sitting in a tube awkward.

The Day Lodge has a fireplace, cocoa, light snacks and restrooms, and it's where you buy tickets.
Wheelchair and mobility device users can tube; staff help with transfers, and the safety video can be watched somewhere easier to reach.
From Denver on a Saturday, Frisco suggests adding 2 hours to the drive.
