Sensory help, in the theatre's words

“Audience lights left on low throughout the entire performance”

“Access to the Take-a-Break Space, which is equipped with a variety of fidgets, weighted blankets, and other sensory supports”

“noise-reducing headphones and disposable ear plugs are also available at the Audience Services and Access Desk”

“If I need to take a break, I can ask to go to the Quiet Room or back to the lobby.” the theatre's social story

  • The Quiet Room is listed for shows on the UnitedHealth Group Stage. Twelve Kinds of Ice on Nov 15 is on the Cargill Stage, so plan on the Take-a-Break Space and the lobby that day.
  • You're welcome to bring your own fidgets, seat cushions and comfort items.
  • The social story shows the UnitedHealth Group Stage. Restrooms are down some stairs from the lobby, and both main floor and balcony seats are reached by stairs. If stairs are hard, ask for the accessible row when you book: Row O on the UnitedHealth Group Stage or Row A on the Cargill Stage, both reached without stairs.
