Know before you go. The ranch doesn't list a sensory-friendly show. Here's what it does say about the tables, the dinner line, the music and the lights.

Hours

Performances through December 2026; pick a date on the booking calendar. Doors open shortly before your reservation time, dinner starts 15 minutes after it, and the show begins after dinner and dessert.

3330 Chuckwagon Rd, Colorado Springs 80919

What to expect

  • Light

“On occasion, the Flying W Ranch uses stroboscopic effects during musical performances, which may be a factor in triggering epileptic seizures.”

  • Space

“tables seat up to 18, so you may be sharing your table with another party.” Tables are assigned at check-in.

  • Waits

“Have your tickets in hand and wait for your table number to be called. Then proceed through the line, picking up your plate, silverware, food, and drinks, and return to your table.”

  • Sound

A Christmas performance by “the Flying W Wranglers and the Marian L. Wolfe Orchestra featuring beloved Christmas carols.” The ranch calls itself “a live musical performance venue.”

  • Access

“If you are unable to stand in the serving line, please let us know in the comment box when you are making your reservation. We will gladly have a runner bring your meal(s) to you.”

  • Light

Dinner is “surrounded by the glow of twinkling lights and crackling wood-burning fireplaces.”

  • Ending up at the end of a table makes breaks easier. It's worth asking for when you book, even without a wheelchair.
  • If flashing lights are a concern for your kid, call 719-598-4000 and ask about strobe effects before you buy.
