“A one hour, sensory friendly condensed ballet, this performance of The Nutcracker highlights all of the exciting parts while ensuring it's a comfortable experience for everyone, including our neurodivergent community. Enjoy the magic of The Nutcracker with the lights on and the freedom to move and dance to your heart's content!”
The full-length Nutcracker is also on Dec 5, later in the day. The gentle one is the one-hour show at 1 pm, so check the time when you buy tickets.
The symphony suggests arriving 30 minutes early to park, pick up tickets, use the restroom and find your seat. Seating is general admission, so arriving earlier gives you more choice, like seats near an aisle for easy breaks. If waiting is hard for your kid, bring something to do in the lobby.
